Each subsequent move will cost you 30%, 60%, and 90% of the Gold value of moved items correspondingly (30% increase for each new request).
We will move your first item free of charge. We cannot remove a Port slot from your first account when removing a ship, and we cannot send your ship to the second account without also providing a Port slot for it. We will withdraw 250 Gold from your account for each moved ship because it will be added to your other account along with a Port slot. Now you can try opening the app, it may work fine. Press the power off button for a few seconds and then choose restart from the menu to restart your device. Then you close the app that has this issue. You just need to press the recent applications menu (usually the first left button) on your phone.
Most of the time, it might be a temporary loading issue. There are a few ways to fix this problem. Usually, when you open an app, you will see a black screen for a few seconds and then the app will crash with or without an error message. It is one of the most common problems in mobile phones and tablets.
